Catch Up: Managing holidays, celebrations and anything else that messes with routine

This is one of our catch up events, for anyone who has attended the And Breathe course. We split our time between giving everyone chance to meet and chat and get and give some informal support, and also looking at a specific topic that might be helpful.

This time, we are thinking about all the stuff that crops up that takes us and our kids out of routine. The dream holidays we might be planning, when our kids would rather spend a fortnight in a darkened room looking at an ipad. The family who would like to go for a picnic. The church that have decided it would be so great to have a weekend away together. We will think about all this and more.
