About the event
This is one of our catch up events, for anyone who has attended the And Breathe course. We split our time between giving everyone chance to meet and chat and get and give some informal support, and also looking at a specific topic that might be helpful.
This time, we are thinking about difficult conversations. Maybe you need to manage a conversation about something that you know is likely to cause conflict, or raise strong emotions. Come with your ideas and experiences and we will bring some of ours.
